Walkergate House is the very busy head office of the award-winning Registration and Celebratory Services team the house is a beautiful double-fronted, three-storey Georgian Townhouse in the centre of Beverley, which boasts two elegant ceremony rooms and offices full of original features. It has been sympathetically-decorated to preserve the historical charm whilst working as an efficient, friendly, modern office, with a small amount of parking to the front forecourt.
The majority of the ground floor including the ceremony rooms are accessible to wheelchair users. The houses position in the heart of this bustling market town, which is popular with locals and tourists alike, can be overlooked as a destination for civil marriages but once discovered the beautiful interior and the adjoining gardens are an oasis of calm which is enjoyed by many couple each year.
Based in the wonderful coastal resort, our recently-updated Bridlington Registration Office now boasts a fresh and modernised ceremony suite which exudes understated elegance, perfect for any ceremony to suit your needs.
There are also two newly-updated spacial offices for appointments and beautiful large, well-kept grounds ideal for your celebratory photographs.
We are very fortunate to be located within the busy, vibrant Cottingham Centre. Our stylish and modern ceremony room is well used by couples who wish to have an intimate, personal civil ceremony.

Our ceremony room also doubles as a quiet and private waiting area for those with appointments to register births and deaths. Pocklington Registration Office is situated in the beautiful historic town of Pocklington. The suite of offices are within Burnby Hall, the magnificent former home of Major Stewart and adjacent to the award winning Burnby Hall gardens which feature spectacular water lilies.
The Registration Office services not only Pocklington residents, but the nearby villages of Market Weighton, Stamford Bridge and many other outlying villages. Our most favourable asset is the stunning wood-panelled Ceremony Room which is licenced to hold legal marriage and civil partnership ceremonies. The office and Ceremony room are accessible to wheelchair users and we have disabled parking next to the entrance.
